- Health Data Privacy: Your health data stays on your device and your personal iCloud account. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties.

1.3 App Usage Data

To improve SleepGuard and provide core features, we collect:

- Streak Information: Your bedtime consistency, current streak, and longest streak
- Blocked Apps/Websites: Which apps and websites you choose to block during bedtime
- Emergency Pass Usage: When and how often you use your monthly emergency pass (requires Face ID)
- Bedtime Settings: Your configured bedtime, wake time, and sleep goals

1.4 Partner Accountability Data (Premium Feature)

If you enable Partner Sharing:

- Partner Connection: Who you're connected with for accountability
- Shared Streak Data: Only your streak information is visible to your partner, not your sleep data or health information

1.5 Device and Technical Data

- Device Type: iPhone or Mac model, iOS/macOS version
- IP Address: For security and fraud prevention
- Crash Reports: To diagnose and fix technical issues
- Web Cookies: On our Website for analytics and to improve user experience

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Provide and maintain the SleepGuard service
- Enforce your bedtime by blocking selected apps and websites
- Calculate your sleep score, sleep debt, and streak statistics
- Process payments for Premium features
- Sync data across your iPhone and Mac devices
- Enable Partner Accountability features
- Send important notifications about your streak or account
- Provide customer support
- Improve the App based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when necessary:

- Apple: Sleep data is accessed through Apple Health APIs and remains in your iCloud

Partner Accountability: When you link with a partner, only your streak data is shared with them. Your sleep data, health information, and personal details remain private.

6. Data Retention

- Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law
- Apple Health Data: Controlled by your Apple Health settings, not stored on our servers

7. Children's Privacy
